My roots lie in Mesopotamia, where two family traditions have shaped my life: over five generations, one half of my family has passed on its expertise in construction, while the other half has demonstrated entrepreneurial vision as businessmen. These two influences have not only shaped my career, but have also deeply rooted my motivation and passion for the construction and real estate industry.

My name is Hazhar Auara, a civil and environmental engineer (B.Sc.), and I have over a decade of experience in the construction and real estate industry. As a client representative, project manager and construction manager, I have successfully managed a wide range of projects - from innovative self-storage warehouses to commercial properties and sophisticated residential construction projects.
